Havertz has registered six goals and one assists from 10 Arsenal outings in all competitions this season.

The Germany international has scored four Premier League goals to help the Gunners go third in the table.

Havertz also netted in the Champions League win over Paris Saint-Germain and in the Carabao Cup rout of Bolton Wanderers.

Needless to say, the 25-year-old has come a long way since his difficult days at Chelsea, which saw him need some time to find his feet at Arsenal.

Fabrizio Romano has now shared what the Gunners ace is like behind the scenes, and what club insiders think of him.

Everyone at Arsenal is buzzing over hard-working Kai Havertz

Romano, writing on CaughtOffside, says Havertz works hard in training on a daily basis and always pushes himself to improve.

The transfer insider, who thinks Havertz has been a “fantastic” signing, says everyone at Arsenal is over the moon with how the player is doing.

“As for Kai Havertz, I think he has been a fantastic signing for Arsenal,” said Romano. “Goals, assists, and quality.

“He’s working hard on a daily basis with Mikel Arteta’s staff and is always looking to improve and get better.

“Everyone at the North London club is very happy with Kai and how he is performing this season.”

Havertz has come a long way at Arsenal

It almost beggars belief to think how much criticism Havertz got in his first few months at Arsenal after joining from Chelsea.

It took a while for the former Bayer Leverkusen star to rediscover his form, but now there’s no doubting his abilities.

Indeed, it’s great to see Havertz showing the kind of confidence he had when he was making a name for himself in the Bundesliga.
