The mystery man or woman completed their speculative bet by backing Ross County to beat Rangers and Sevilla to overcome Las Palmas in La Liga.
And what do you know? To the despair of Arsenal and Liverpool fans, who were left weeping into their tin foil Premier League trophies during Super Sunday, the bet came off at odds of 10,951/1.
It meant a colossal £109,512 payout from a £10 stake for the William Hill punter, who was left delighted by the myriad of upsets. Ross County kicked things off as they stunned Rangers 3-2 at Dingwall; the second-bottom club defying odds of 14/1 to claim three points.
