Breaking News: Amon-Ra St. Brown’s infamous touchdown celebration is included in Madden NFL 26

Madden 26 is set to drop August 14, 2025, and EA Sports recently shared that Philadelphia Eagles running back Saquon Barkley will grace the cover, immortalizing his mind-breaking reverse hurdle he did against the Jacksonville Jaguars last year.

In addition to the cover, EA Sports had also released a trailer for this year’s game, which, as always, includes some new features and tweaks that fans will get excited about.

In recent years, the inclusion of new and personal celebrations has been one of the most fun changes to the game, and in the Madden 26 trailer, they unveiled a tribute to Detroit Lions wide receiver Amon-Ra St. Brown.

The game will feature the headstand celebration that St. Brown executed after a touchdown in the team’s 24-14 win over the Green bay Packers in November.

After the trailer hit social media, St. Brown shared his excitement.

The celebration was originally pulled off by Incarnate Word wide receiver Jalen Walthall, but St. Brown was one of two wide receivers (the other being Atlanta’s Drake London) that brought it to the NFL the same week.

St. Brown has been one of the best wideouts in the NFL in his four seasons, catching 430 passes for 4,851 yards and 33 touchdowns on his way to three Pro Bowls and two All-Pro selections. This is a very cool moment for someone who is of the age to have grown up with Madden as a big part of their childhood.
