Arsenal are willing to sell striker Eddie Nketiah this summer, and Fulham have emerged as a potential destination for the England international.
According to The Sun, the Gunners are holding out for a fee of around £30 million for their Hale End Academy graduate.
Fulham are looking to bolster their attacking options this summer, and Nketiah’s Premier League experience could be a game-changer for the Cottagers.
The Englishman has made 168 appearances for Arsenal, contributing 38 goals and seven assists. He notched just nine goal contributions in 37 games last term and could be set for a summer exit.
Nketiah’s exit could pave the way for Arsenal to launch a move for RB Leipzig’s highly sought-after striker Benjamin Sesko.
The Slovenian is also attracting interest from Chelsea, but Arsenal want to move quickly to beat their capital rivals to the signing of one of the best young strikers in Europe.
The 21-year-old notched 18 goals in 42 games last term, and Leipzig are determined to hang on to their prized asset for at least one more season.
They will be powerless to stop his exit if a potential suitor activates his release clause, so the Bundesliga outfit wants to tie him to a new contract.
Arsenal have also been linked with a move for Napoli striker Victor Osimhen, but the Nigerian’s injury record could deter the Premier League runners-up.
Osimhen is considered one of the best strikers in Europe but is currently sidelined for four weeks with an injury, which throws a wrench in his exit plans.
Despite his injury problems, the 25-year-old netted 17 times in 32 games last term.
There are reports that Arsenal are planning a swap deal to land Osimhen, but the Gunners are currently focused on securing a deal for Sesko.
