Lions’ Kerby Joseph Given High Ranking on Top 101 NFL Players List

Lions safety Kerby Joseph continued his playmaking ways in 2024 for departed defensive coordinator Aaron Glenn and head coach Dan Campbell, leading the Lions to the number one record in the National Football Conference.

On Friday, Joseph was given a prestigious honor by Pro Football Focus, not long after his First Team All-Pro selection was announced.

Joseph, an alumnus of the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, had one of his best seasons in 2024, flying around and making plays all season including nine interceptions of opposing quarterbacks.

The honor was announced on Friday, a little over a month out from Joseph’s All-Pro selection.

He was given a PFF grade of 90.4 for his play on the field in 2024, hinting at the high likelihood of another top notch season in 2025 with the Lions.

“Impressive stats of Kerby Joseph,” another said.

“Did they track a stat for kneecaps?” another fan added, referencing coach Campbell’s famous “biting kneecaps” speech.

“Best safety in the league,” another fan added with a saluting emoji.
