Leroy Sané’s time with Bayern Munich has been a rollercoaster.
One of the biggest transfer sagas we have seen with the club, and an eventual blockbuster signing. Sané has at times, been the best player for Bayern, and on the other hand, perhaps the most inconsistent. Needless to say, he is extremely talented but patience is wearing thin on the former Manchester City talent.
Most managers think they have the talent to turn a struggling player into a superstar under their nurturing. Arsenal FC manager Mikel Arteta is one of the few who can really do it. It looks as though Arteta has his eyes now on Sané.
Mikel Arteta has worked with Sané at Man City and is a serious candidate to land the forward. They have the money, brand, and roster space for the German. The Premier League could be seen as a risk for Sané at this point in his career.
Sané is clearly struggling for game time under Vincent Kompany, and Bayern could free up some significant salary. Could this be the best move for both parties?
