The multi-year deal solidifies a relationship spanning over three decades, highlighting the success of Ticketmaster’s technological solutions in addressing Arsenal’s ticketing needs.
Key to the renewed agreement is the continued use of Ticketmaster’s advanced technology, including ticket exchange, ticket transfer, and the automated ballot system. This system has significantly improved ticket allocation, with 20% more Red Members securing tickets last season, and Silver Members three times more likely to obtain a ticket than their Red counterparts.
“With unprecedented demand for tickets across our men’s and women’s teams, it’s important we continue to serve our supporters the best and most efficient experience when it comes to ticketing,” said Tom McCann, venue director at Arsenal.
Ticketmaster’s Ticket Transfer feature has also been successful, with an average of 9,000 tickets transferred per Premier League match, ensuring maximum stadium occupancy and allowing fans to attend matches even if their plans change.
Chris Gratton, managing director of Ticketmaster Sport, added, “Working with Tom and the Arsenal team since I joined Ticketmaster has been fantastic. It’s awesome to see our hard work and investment in technology, client support, and marketing really hitting the mark for Arsenal.”
